Feedback

We have been treating people for over ten years. Thousands of people and dozens of companies have co-operated closely with us – after all, a good treatment process is not just an accurate diagnosis, but peace of mind and convenience as well. So our patients and partners have formed a certain opinion of us. We hope this section’s feedback about GMS Clinic will help you decide it’s worthwhile to be treated at our clinic, and help us to make your treatment as comfortable as possible – and, most importantly, effective.

American Chamber of Commerce in Russia: Thanks to Igor Krasnolutsky!

Dear Mr. Igor Krasnolutski,

On behalf of the more than 500 member companies of the American Chamber of Commerce in Russia, I would like to thank you and GMS Clinic & Hospitals Moscow for your support of AmCham’s flagship social event, the U. S. Independence Day Celebration, this year held on July 08, 2017 at Tseleevo Golf and Polo Club.

Despite the challenging weather, we were pleased with a good turnout at the event!

More than 1500 people: Russians, Americans and other guests participated in a range of games, enjoyed good food and drinks, a raffle, horse rides, musical entertainment, a polo match, armwrestling, a mile-long run and many other activities.

The day provided an excellent opportunity for the AmCham community to gather among family and friends and have fun in extreme conditions.

AmCham would like to extend special thanks to Natalya Isakovich for her great coordination of GMS work at the event.

We greatly appreciate GMS Clinics & Hospitals Moscow’s professional medical support of our event!

Thank you for being part of our great celebration!

Sincerely yours, Alexis Rodzianko

Lena Nylander, Sweden: Thank you for performing an excellent job

Dear dr Alexey and staff at the GMS clinic,

Thank you for performing an excellent job with my hip fracture (operated 2015-09-02)!

I was transported back to Sweden via Amsterdam, escorted by dr Igor from SOS International, and everything went well. Back in Sweden I was hospitalized for 3 days and then went to my home which is an old house full of stairs and thresholds. A physiotherapist has been coming to my home to work with me, and now I can walk without crutches indoors (the stairs also), but I still use one crutch outdoors, for balance. I have no pain but my muscles are still a bit weaker on the fractured side.

Two days ago I visited the orthopedic clinic for x-rays and control examination, and the surgeon was very satisfied with the healing of my hip. And I am too. I started working part time in the psychiatric out-patient clinic 2 weeks after arriving in Sweden.

So, thank you for doing a very good job — be sure to extend my greetings and heart-felt thanks to everybody in the friendly and competent staff, and especially Ronny the physiotherapist and nurse Jana who both worked a lot with me!

With my very best regards and greetings,
Lena Nylander, Sweden

Greetings from South Africa,

This is a follow up to our recent stay at GMS where my wife Merle Step had a complete Hip replacement by you recently.

She stood up to the return trip to South Africa very well and is able move around with the aid of a walker without difficulty. I took her to our local General Practitioner on Friday, with all your reports and X-Ray plates. He commented that he was very happy with the excellent procedures that you carried out and felt that she was in excellent professional hands while at GMS. He has referred her to an orthopedic surgeon for a final checkup and stitch removal. Also she is to go to Physo for further manipulation.

From both of us we cannot express our gratitude enough for the professional service, helpful administrative as well as nursing staff that attended to our needs while at GMS. We will always look back and always remember the Russian people for their friendly assistance to two complete strangers from another part of the world. In turn Russia will always be in our hearts and we will be good Ambassadors for your great country and federation.

Please pass on our greetings and thanks to a few that I remember by names, if I have left anyone out I apologies.

Dear Natalya!

We had a really good tournament. With your help we could solve many injuries and it was a good feeling to have a specialist in the background. I hope your doctors also liked it. I did my best to make them feel well. Please tell me if they mentioned any problem or thing i can do better next time. Thank you very much for your support!!! :)

I wish you a Merry Christmas time and a very Happy New Year 2015!

Dr Danny and Helen Lawrence: Many, many thanks to you all

Dear Irina

I am writing to you, on behalf of my wife Helen and myself, to thank all the staff of GMS clinic for the help and support you gave us during our stay in Moscow. Since, I am ashamed that admit that I speak no Russian, I hope that you will be willing to translate this for the members of the GMS staff who do not speak English.

My own doctor seems pleased with the progress I am making. I still have a dressing on one of the wounds where the stitches may have been removed prematurely before I left the clinic but the others are fine and healing well.

Being ill and requiring surgery in another country will always be something of an ordeal, but the calm reassuring atmosphere in the GMS clinic did much to make us feel better about the experience. The administrative staff at reception was kind as well as efficient and their efforts on our behalf are something that we will never forget. We would also like to thank the cooks for the excellent food they prepared. We regret that we did not get the opportunity to meet them but we greatly appreciated their efforts and, after almost a week without normal food, I particularly enjoyed being able to choose from their extensive menu. Please forgive me for not always doing justice to the meals served but it has taken some time for my appetite to return to normal. We would also like to thank the room attendants for serving our meals so well and keeping our room so clean and tidy. Just as important for us, when so far from home, was that they always did so with a gracious smile. We looked forward to their visits and would like to thank them for being so remarkably patient when we tried to talk to them. We would also like to thank the several kind nurses who cared for me so diligently. I do not believe that I could not have enjoyed more attentive nursing anywhere else in the world and will never forget you. The several doctors who attended me at various stages also need to be thanked. I am grateful to them all but hope that they will forgive me for singling out Dr Constantin Dimitri for a particular mention. His patience, as he explained to me so well in English both what was happening to my body following the operation, and what he and the rest of the medical team were doing - and why – was particularly appreciated and helpful to me during my recovery.

Many, many thanks to you all.

Paula: Please pass my thanks and best regards to the team

Dear Irina,

I want to thank you all so much for making my stay in hospital so bearable. You are all so professional and dedicated and it was a pleasure to spend time with you all even under those unusual circumstances.

I am now home and being cared for by my family as well as my own doctor so all is as well. Hopefully I will be up and about soon.

Once again, many thanks and suffice to say, I will never forget you and your staff did for me.

Best wishes always.

The IWC Winter Bazaar team: Thanks to the support

Thanks to the support of numerous embassies, sponsors, volunteers and visitors the 2013 Winter Bazaar was a big success, both financially and in terms of atmosphere. We are very happy to inform you that our joint effort was rewarded with a record result of 7,3 million rubles, which will greatly benefit the charity projects supported by the IWC.

The raffle was also more successful than ever before, with a fantastic result of 400.000 rubles. This would not have been possible without your generous donation! Attractive prizes like your family flu vaccination voucher created a lot of excitement on and around the raffle stage, and they really encouraged visitors to buy extra tickets. Therefore, we would like to thank you on behalf of the IWC and of the charity projects for your support for this year's Winter Bazaar.

We hope you and your colleagues at GMS Clinic enjoyed a wonderful holiday season filled with joy, friendship and happiness, and we wish you all the best for 2014!

Happy New Year!

Karen Percy: We hope we can look forward to your participation next year as well

Dear Natalya,

On behalf of Auski I wish to sincerely thank-you for your wonderful support for the Cold Plunge for the Homeless held on Saturday February 2nd. It was wonderful to have you and your team from GMS on standby just in case our plungers were in need of medical assistance.

The event just keeps getting stronger and stronger. This - the 3rd plunge hosted by Auski - was a smashing success. We had 100+ plungers from 16 countries. Through our plungers, as well as our Go Fund Me account, we have managed to raise USD$21,000 for homeless charities.

We are particularly thrilled at the participation this year of corporations, in both donating prizes and services, as well as in supporting their employees who plunged. Your contribution was an important part of that. We hope we can look forward to your participation next year as well.

Yours sincerely, Karen Percy
